It promotes critical thinking and planning skills involved in a negotiation and helps people chart an ongoing development plan for the practice and application of negotiation skills. It walks you through the Phases of Negotiation and various aspects that are critical to the Negotiation Process. Also included are readings such as The Behavior of Effective Negotiators and Negotiation Power and Strategy, among others. Lastly there is an area that that focuses primarily on conflict resolution.

Cancellation Policy

  • 50% of the Tuition
    Cancellation 16 to 30 business days prior to the program start date.
  • 100% of the Tuition
    Cancellation 15 business days or less prior to the program start date.

    The cancellation fee will be waived if a substitute is sent.

Transfer

  • 30 Calendar Days
    An enrollee may transfer into an alternate program, without penalty, 30 calendar days or more prior to the program start date.

    A transfer less than 30 calendar days prior to the program start date will incur a $500 penalty.
