Situation Management Systems, Inc. (SMS) is a management and leadership development training company specializing in influence. We are The Influence Company and pioneers in the area of behavioral change training. SMS is the original developer of the Positive Power and Influence® Program (PPIP), which dates back to the 1970s. While there are other influence programs available, none compare to PPIP which is deeply rooted in behavioral psychology.

Having been in business for over 35 years, SMS has weathered economic ups and downs, changed as our clients’ profiles and the training industry have changed, and adapted to technological advances. We are aware of, and experience the same challenges that many businesses face today, and our mission is to help people adapt to these changes. We are very skilled in working in situations where business direction is not clear, conflict is present, senior managers are working in silos, the organization is bogged down with mistrust, people are hoarding resources, or organizational performance could be improved.
