She is the President of SMS, Inc and Master Trainer of the Positive Power and Influence® Program, and Executive Coach. Not only is Influence her business, it is her passion. She has worked across all levels and functions and in multiple industries helping participants change their own behavior in order to be more effective in the way that they manage relationships and get things done. She has a BSc in Economics and Law from University of Bath, an MPhil in Management Research from University of Plymouth, and is working on a PhD in Human Development and Leadership from Fielding Universty, specializing in Neuroscience.
She has directed varied learning initiatives for clients such as P & G, Starbucks, and CTC Communications. She currently serves as Trainer of the Positive Power and Influence Program® and a Client Services Consultant. She easily senses situations and can adapt herself and the training material to suit the particular situation. She is skilled at and enjoys working with complex situations and people from a diverse range of backgrounds. Rhonda has delivered training programs and coached individuals in the areas of leadership development, influence, presentation skills, change management, teambuilding, and product knowledge.
She Over the past 19 years, she has become a skilled trainer, contributed to product design and customization, spearheaded the marketing plan for both the private and public sectors, and managed several major accounts including The American Federation of Teachers, Armstrong World Industries, Pfizer, Inc., Department of Labor, NASA, and McCormick and Company.
Her commitment is to meet and exceed all client expectations and provide training interventions that meet the needs of the organizations and individuals who use SMS products.
