What SMS has done to accommodate the changing needs around training in organizations is to explore the type of technology
that can support clients in a quality way. We use Zoom as it is a simple, reliable audio/visual meeting tool and can work
on any device be it computer, iOS, or Android. To provide effective guidance throughout the session, SMS commits one
trainer to every five webinar participants. We have designed the virtual classrooms to support a range of learning styles and provide
an experience that is similar to being there in person. There is large group work and discussion, small group exercises in
breakout rooms, and real-life application planning. We are committed to making the virtual classroom experience as valuable as our

program: Positive Power and Influence® which you can attend through a face-to-face program or a virtual classroom. We believe that
influence is a core competency that supports you in implementing other processes and strategies. You can then focus on
these other areas including Negotiation, Change Management, Selling, Conflict Resolution, or Coaching. Our staff is ready
to consult and assist participants in making the right choices based on their individual needs.
